We’ve designed this experience to balance growth and adventure with deep relaxation and rest. This retreat is open to ALL LEVELS. You do not need to have prior experience with yoga or meditation. All you need is curiosity and an open mind, and we will help you find whatever level of challenge you are looking for on the mat.
